If anyone is going to cheer up a grey January day, it's Josie Gibson. Within two minutes of talking to the This Morning presenter over Zoom, she has us in fits of giggles with her characteristic honesty and amazing sense of humour.
When we comment on how glamorous she looks, Bristol-born Josie, 36, insists, "It's only because I've been filming today!" before admitting what we can't see is that she's in her joggers.
From the comfort of her fancy hotel room in White City House, Josie is here to talk about her work with WW (formerly known as Weight Watchers). The star's weight has gone up and down over the years and she's been open about her struggles to stick to a healthy diet. But as she tells us today, WW have helped her to rethink her entire lifestyle without putting too many restrictions on what she eats.
Josie - who lives in the countryside between Bath and Bristol – can usually be seen playing Dosh On Your Doorstep with This Morning viewers, but much to the delight of her fans, she's recently had a few very successful stints presenting the main show.
Here, we talk to the former Big Brother winner about her star being on the rise, her beloved son Reggie, three, who she shares with ex-partner Terry, and whether or not she's ready to find love again...
Your hotel room looks very nice, Josie!
Yeah! This is a real treat. Work [This Morning] have been so good to me because they've put me in White City House. Oh my God, it's so lovely.
Who looks after little Reggie when you're working?
He's at nursery on Wednesdays and Thursdays and then my mum has him on a Friday. I work three days a week and then I have him the rest of the time.
Is your mum good with him?
