STACEY DOOLEY OPENS UP ABOUT KEEPING BUSY IN ISOLATION WITH BOYFRIEND KEVIN CLIFTON AND EXPLAINS HOW HE’S BEEN HELPING HER WITH HER BEAUTY REGIME

Stacey Dooley’s career as a documentary maker has taken her everywhere from Cambodia to the Faroe Islands. But for the first time in as long as she can remember, she’s stuck on home turf due to lockdown.

Luckily, the 33-year-old has boyfriend Kevin Clifton to keep her company. The professional dancer, 37, announced his departure from Strictly Come Dancing earlier this year and has been doubling up as Stacey’s in-house hair stylist.

The pair met in 2018 when they were paired up on Strictly, and went on to lift the Glitterball trophy. Their friendship later turned romantic, following Stacey’s split from former partner Sam Tucknott.

But if you thought the coronavirus had given Stacey a chance to slow down, you’d be wrong. The second series of her BBC Three make-up talent show, Glow Up, has just hit the screens, as has the show Lockdown Heroes, which she shot from her living room. She’s also set to present an upcoming Panorama special, focusing on giving birth during the coronavirus crisis. When she’s not working, the star admits she’s cleaning the London flat she shares with Kevin.
