George & Amal Headed For A Split?

A bitter fight between George and Amal Clooney has friends fearing that their four-year marriage may be irrevocably broken

For years, George Clooney was Hollywood’s most notorious bachelor, swearing off marriage and the possibility of ever having children. But all that changed in 2013 when he met Amal. “I thought she was beautiful, funny and obviously smart,” George said, adding that things escalated “pretty quickly,” and within just a few months, he proposed. “There was no doubt [in my mind] that we were the right couple and that we were the right team.”

But it seems the tide has turned yet again. Not long after George and Amal’s September 2014 nuptials, cracks in their relationship began to show — and only worsened after they welcomed their twins, Ella and Alexander, 21 months. Now “things are shaky at best,” an insider tells OK!, adding that after months of nasty arguments, friends fear the worst. “Amal and George are both very frustrated and can’t agree on anything. Everyone thinks it won’t be long until their marriage crashes and burns.”
