Businessman James (Dingaan Mokebe) loves ladies. And often it’s to his detriment, explains the actor. “This guy doesn’t go out there to hurt the women he falls in love with. He just isn’t the kind of man who can only love one lady at a time. He falls in love – and stays in love – and then falls in love with another woman,” says Dingaan. That’s going to be problematic for James this fortnight: while his new love Imani (Zonke Mchunu) is happily looking towards a new life together with him, James’s ex-fiancée Marang (Sharon Seno) is the one who’s carrying his baby! “Marang wasn’t feeling well and after going to hospital for medical help, her doctors tell her that she’s pregnant. She is stunned because she had no idea,” says Sharon. And conveniently while she’s in hospital, James is brought in with a concussion after being knocked over while cycling. That’s the opportunity Marang needs to snatch back her babydaddy – but it won’t be easy.
