Move Your Body: Whether it’s yoga or going on a brisk walk, exercise is essential for your physical and mental health. This likely is not new news to you, but most parents struggle to find the time to exercise despite its benefits. One of the best forms of self-care that I have discovered is yoga. Between work and having two kids sometimes, the gym seems like an additional task to add to my list, but exercise is essential. Yoga gives me time to myself while also helping me with physical exercise. It helps you maintain energy, healthy muscle and bones, and also with brain health.
