WITH a focus on wedding planning at a local level, Bride: The Wedding Show is back at Ascot Racecourse from March 10-11 (10am to 4pm) with even more ideas and inspiration for the perfect day.Spread across two floors, the show presents the products and services of a wealth of regional wedding suppliers, as well as their invaluable expertise. From dresses to d&eacute;cor and floristry to photography, the event offers all the key components for a wedding and all under one roof.Simon Leigh, who has played at a host of major London nightclubs, will be discussing his packages and mobile catering options will be on offer from cocktail provider, The Tipsy Flamingo; converted horsebox bar, Madda Events; and Piaggio Ape Classic three wheeled van, Windsor Cocktail. A vast array of wedding transport will also be on show outside the venue, including Rusty and Roses &ndash; the eye-catching split screen camper vans which can double as a photo booth, the Rolls-Royce Dawn from Ascot Wedding Cars, and returning exhibitor Classic Car Hire.Sian Twyman, wedding executive at Hilton St Anne&rsquo;s Manor in Wokingham, Berkshire &ndash; a returning exhibitor, says: &ldquo;This will be our third year now; we love it as there is such a great atmosphere. We will be running a competition to win a bottle of bubbly.&rdquo;There will be even more show-exclusive deals, discounts and competitions to win amazing prizes, including the opportunity to win a luxury honeymoon to Mexico courtesy of Thomas Cook and AM Resorts. The first 100 brides-to-be through the door on both days of the event will receive a goody bag containing products and samples from the show&rsquo;s suppliers, and all couples can pick up a complimentary copy of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire &amp; Oxfordshire Bride magazine to continue their wedding planning from the comfort of home.On Sunday, 11 March &ndash; Mother&rsquo;s Day &ndash; the first 100 mothers of the bride and groom attending the show will be gifted a mini bottle&nbsp;of fizz to celebrate in style. Mothers of the bride and groom will also be catered for in the spell-binding choreographed catwalk show, which runs three times daily (11.30am, 1.15pm and 3pm) and features the latest in bridalwear, guest fashion and menswear. Presented to an electric arrangement of music and dance performances, this year&rsquo;s catwalk will parade dazzling designs from Confetti Bridal, Slaters, Moss Bros, and John Lewis, among others.Attendees can also relax and refresh at the stylish champagne bar or caf&eacute; area, which also hosts a jam-packed schedule of musical performances to entertain the crowds.The 2017 show welcomed more than 2,000 visitors, including Lucy Atter, from Camberley in Surrey, who visited the show with her mum, Debbie, as a bride-to-be. She said: &ldquo;It has been really lovely and lots of fun. It has given me lots of ideas. We saw the catwalk which was great; we got a couple of dress ideas and we spoke to the suppliers. I also signed up for the John Lewis Gift List Service.&rdquo;
