PETER PAN, EASTBOURNE

Travel to Neverland (via The Royal Hippodrome Theatre in Eastbourne) this Christmas for a swashbuckling performance of panto classic Peter Pan.

Luke Roberts, star of CITV’s Hi-5, will star as Peter Pan. He will be joined by Britain’s Got Talent finalist Sarah Jameson as The Lady of the Lagoon, Katie Sanders as Wendy, Rachel Cantrill as Smee, Jordan Langford as Starkey and vocalist and magician Jonny Ritchie as Captain Hook. The show promises to be a laugh-a-minute swashbuckling adventure packed with lots of well-known songs. From 21 December to 1 January. apltheatre.com

SNOW WHITE, SHOREHAM-BY-SEA

Head to Ropetackle Arts Centre this Christmas for the magical tale of Snow White with all the usual mayhem and twists you can expect from a good panto. Joining this year’s cast are Ellen Eckersley as Snow White, Grace Dunne as The Evil Queen, James Elliot as Muddles, Nathan Shaw as Prince Wotsit and the hilarious

David Lambert as Nanny Fanny. The show promises spectacular costumes, fabulous songs, plenty of slapstick fun and a fun re-telling of this traditional tale. From 13-21 December. ropetacklecentre.co.uk

DICK WHITTINGTON, CRAWLEY

Former EastEnder and winner of I’m a Celebrity Charlie Brooks will lead the cast of Dick Whittington at The Hawth in Crawley this December. She will be welcoming hisses from the audience by playing the baddie, Queen Rat.
