You may call him the worker because he ploughs the field and then sows the seed.

Seven Levels Of Friendliness

He works with other farmers. He produces lady’s finger, tomato and banana too. There are other farmers in the community, who also grow other vegetables. They are all workers; they produce and manufacture. Our society must respect the working class. Many times, the worker class is seen to be an economically weaker section.

WORKER

The worker class is obedient to social needs. They take to education on how to do the germination of saplings. These workers learn to decide on the location of putting up factories, to process their harvest. The civil construction workers know the time table of when to begin the building. They study on the turnaround time of each building project. But many times, the workers prefer to be more attentive to their personal needs. The fixations of profit and loss confine them to certain habits and patterns of the thinking process. The workers seem to hold on tightly to their properties and other goods of convenience. The worker group may not have the bandwidth of thought to be inclusive of all other behaviors of diversity and variety. They are bound by culture and traditions, mostly in connect with seasons.

HERDER

But the herders among them attend to the needs of many more people. The herder mentality, seems to have a longer neck, so that his head is above the visibility level of the worker. The herder knows when a community is unable to get to speed with the group. The herder takes care to be patient so that all others are carried along, together.
