When the weekends are busy and food is happy, the fact that Monday morning will need a twist in routine is always at the back of our minds. Each of us probably intends well but ends up implementing ineffective hacks.

DON’T SKIP LUNCH AND EAT DESSERT INSTEAD
This is a common occurrence. Well intentioned, you might go really light at breakfast and lunch and then, by 3 pm, when the hunger and cravings strike, you will land up telling yourself that it’s okay to eat the leftover dessert in the refrigerator as you haven’t really eaten anything in the day.
