It’s not surprising, given that the word ‘art’ is used at least half a dozen times on the menu. Starters are listed under ‘the art of mezze’, main dishes under ‘the art of sharing’. And rightly so, because every single dish is beautifully presented – falafel has never looked quite so photogenic.
