Q Among the stars taking to the ice are Corrie’s Jane Danson, ex-Strictly pro-James Jordan and former Westlife singer Brian McFadden. What do you think of this year’s line-up?

Chris It’s one of our best line-ups so far. There are some strong skaters, great characters and there will be surprises. There’s already a rivalry between James and Brian. They’re friends but Brian’s like: ‘I don’t mind where I come, so long as I finish ahead of James!’
