I have been an artist since childhood.
How long have you been an artist?
Even my Montessori report card indicates ‘Excellent’ for art. In my school I was well known as an artist. I gave up art, after I left school, as I thought that artists had no future, commercially. However 20 years after leaving school I tried my hand at art again. To my surprise my first painting after an interval of 20 years was exceptionally good. After a few more paintings, knowing that the artist in me had not left, I decided to hold an exhibition in 2003 at the Lionel Wendt, named “Expressions” which was a major success.
