Psychology is a scientific study of mind and behavior. It is an understanding of how the human mind works and why the particular mind reacts in that way both consciously and unconsciously. In our high-speed world, anxiety and depression has fast become an epidemic that saw suicide cases rising in alarming numbers. There are even “suicide” hotspots like the Aokigahara, or otherwise known as Suicide Forest in Japan and the Prince Edward Viaduct in Canada.
