In the age of convenience, ask and ye shall have is the new mantra. Instant gratification is the key buzzword, so it’s no surprise that more women have taken to spending 25-45 minutes lying in dermatologists’ offices instead of spending hours painstakingly lifting weights, doing squats and trying yo-yo diets. These days, most are eschewing needles and complicated surgeries for “lunch-time” techniques that plump, smoothe, uplift and manipulate with out having to take time off. These seductive new machines promise to whittle away unwanted fat in problem areas, leaving the body just as curvy and tight as desired—with little to no side effects or recovery time. We’re not saying skip a day at the gym for this, but if these non-invasive techniques will allow you to live out your Kardashian body goals without having to do even one more lunge, we reckon it’s worth the trek.
