Lamb kebab burger
Serves 2 Prep 10 mins Cook 10 mins
Combine 2 tbsp fat-free yogurt with 1 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 small grated garlic clove in a small bowl. Heat 12 tbsp vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat, add 2 lamb burgers and fry for around 10 mins, turning over halfway through, until piping hot in the centre. Lightly toast 2 sesame seed burger buns. Divide 1 sliced tomato, 20g sliced gherkins, the burgers, some of the garlic sauce, 1 finely sliced red chilli and the leaves of 1 baby gem lettuce between each burger bun, then serve.
