I love barbecuing. When I was a stay-at-home dad to my three kids, I ran their primary school fire-ups and it was great fun, but I haven’t barbecued for years because we have limitedoutside space. So I initially dismissed Chasing Smoke until I flicked throughand saw that every recipe comes with advice about how to achieve brilliant results in your oven. That’s great news, because everything in Sarit and Itamar’s new cookbook is right up my street.
