Q I’ve read that ‘slow and steady’ is the best way to lose weight. Is faster better, sometimes?

A Research shows that losing 5-10 per cent of your body weight can make a big difference to diabetes management due to the positive impact it has on insulin sensitivity. For some people, it’s smaller changes and gradual weight loss that is easier to maintain long term, but for others quick weight-loss results can increase motivation, which supports long-term change.
