Be more self conscious:

One can heal oneself if he is more attuned with his spirit, mind and body or vice versa. It is very true that one can be ones healer. However, many times it’s seen that people apply rules or tips from anywhere without thinking about own body.

Sit with your body:

Try to find out what your body requires and not just want. If its need relaxation, then burning it for the sake of being active can give real burn to you in the long run. Similarly, it’s applicable of other things like hunger, thirst, and work, rest, sitting standing or even sex. When you will sit with your body you will observe the thin line between requirement and want. Most of people now a days falling sick due to disconnecting with individuality.

Regular prayer:

Have regular prayers at your convenient time, but regularly. It doesn’t require great effort or investment, however a simple act of remembrance of the almighty in thankfulness. It has nothing to do with any religion, set down rules or dogmas. Many people do prayers with a thought of asking for something, be it money, prestige, son, flat, car, promotion but it’s sickening. Just realize what you have and if that will get snatched from you then your life become nothing and be thankful to god that it’s there with you.
