The success of the strategy made household names of the team in Britain, but this theory can do wonders for amateurs, too, argues clinical psychologist Dr Jessamy Hibberd. “It’s a commonsense approach to wellbeing, as opposed to a clinical one,” she explains. “Making small shifts has an accumulative impact on your overall wellbeing.
