OSSO BUCCO WITH HAND-ROLLED GNOCCHI
If you can make mashed potato, you can make gnocchi! And these delish DIY dumplings go beautifully with slow-cooked veal in a rich tomato sauce.

Serves 4
2 Tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup plain flour
Sea-salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper, to season
1kg veal Osso bucco, portioned
2 carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 brown onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 bay leaf
2 sprigs rosemary
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 cup beef stock
400g can Mutti Polpa Finely Chopped Tomatoes
Chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves and sprigs, to serve
Shredded lemon zest, to serve

1kg desiree potatoes, unpeeled
11/2 cups plain flour, plus extra, for rolling and trays
1 free-range egg
2 tsp sea salt flakes
50g unsalted butter, chopped
