Here’s how

STEP 1 Lay out 64 x 19mm timber on your bench with the ends aligned. Measure 800mm from each end and use a quick square to mark all 6 pieces. Cut along these lines with a circular saw to create each piece.

STEP 2 Clamp a straight length of timber to your bench to act as a stopper. Place the first slat against the stopper and use the quick square to make it perpendicular to the stopper, then clamp slat.
