VERY BERRIES SMOOTHIE BOWL
Extremely high in antioxidants, berries offer a bag full of benefits including burning fat, you can have this smoothie bowl as pre-gym too, pre-breakfast around 6:30-7 am and then eat breakfast at 8:30 am. You can also have this as a mid-day meal or an early evening snack bowl.

Extremely high in antioxidants, berries offer a bag full of benefits including burning fat. Ayurvedically they blend with all 3 Prakirit Doshas Vata, Kapha, Pitta. It has an amazing cooling effect on the and is highly recommended for Pitta Dosha as all fruit smoothie bowls are very Pitta Pacifying food. Also, the frozen fruits nutrients are intact in it. However, if you have a Vata imbalance Frozen fruits and food from the fridge is best avoided. Only eat hot and freshly cooked meals to pacify Vata Dosha.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup frozen ripe banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries or your favorite single berries
2 spoons of your favorite plant-based protein powder 3-5 ice cubes and 1 cup chilled water
Your favourite nuts for Garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all the above ingredients until you get a smooth sorbet texture
Garnish it with slivered almonds, peccan, and flaxseed powder.
There’s no need for sugar or artificial sweetner as banana will add the sweetness.
