Where did your journey as an artist begin? I grew up in a creative family, my father played the double bass and my uncle was an artist. We never had art as a subject at school, so I drew on my own. After school, I enrolled for an engineering course. I went to the library to study and discovered they ran an art programme for kids there. I remembered how much I enjoyed art and joined in. At 17, I was the oldest and had to learn everything from scratch. I then studied Art and Design at the Ekhuruleni East College in Benoni.
