1. IRRESISTIBLE CURVES
One trick to giving your bathroom some instant je ne sais quoi? Curves! Soft lines are strongly making their way into bathrooms, as seen on Inbani’s latest bathtub, the Arc160 (pictured on left page). Designed by Norm Architects for the Spanish bathroom brand, Arc160 presents fluid ergonomics with a characteristic arched detail. This draws out a drop shadow appearance and gives the impression of a floating bathtub.
On local grounds, this HDB bathroom by AMP Design Co delights all senses with its sculptural curves. Starting from the screen-like door design to the mirror sited within bamboo grove-like tiles, the Japanese wabi-sabi style comes alive.
2. VACAY VIBES
We’ve all experienced the rainshower, how about a refreshing waterfall shower? The 080W waterfall shower head from VOLA features a chrome spout with a gentle cascading stream. It might not be the most water-saving feature with a flow rate of 14 litres per minute, but you just can’t put a price on an invigorating shower that reminds you of a waterside villa.
It sure feels like an evening out in Morocco with this bold and beautiful display of Spanish-inspired tiles decking the powder room. With interiors looking more towards old-world eras for design inspo, we’re ready to get on board this charming style.
