Swimming is considered to be the best exercise. While you are in the pool, enjoy and set a routine to start from 5 laps and later increase your stamina to doing 10 laps. Water Cardio is again considered to be the most effective form of workout as it helps you concentrate on all parts of your body, all at once. That’s why you feel exhausted when you leave the pool.
