While the evolution of the Apple Watch continues with newer, more advanced iterations, the brand is here to ensure that the previous versions also become far more effective in their roles as electronic nannies, with the new watchOS 7.
HANDWASHING NOTIFICATION
No contemporary piece of wearable tech can exist without a reminder to wash your hands. And so, Apple has now included a function that uses the watch’s motion sensors and microphone to automatically detect handwashing and commence a 20-second countdown. The handwashing will be recorded on your Health App; the watch is also capable of reminding you to handwash upon entering your home.
