There’s hardly a day that goes by where you don’t stumble upon some information about helping your brain become better, less stressed, and more reactive to learning. In a way, we are all working towards making our brains stronger organs.

However, there are different approaches to training your brain - reactive and proactive.

The difference between the Reactive and Proactive approaches is that, in the former concept, people start working on themselves after realising they are in depression or have some serious mental health issues. The drawback of this approach is that people may lose the importance of themselves or may lose the motivation to get better, thereby worsening their condition.

Neuroplasticity and Why It Matters for Brain Training

Before we elaborate on the device “Neuphony” that helps rewire your brain, let’s understand the two scientific parameters it works on Neuroplasticity and Neurofeedback.

The concept ‘Neuroplasticity’ means that our brain can change, irrespective of our age. Unfortunately, people tend to think that this is how I am, and I cannot change myself further. This couldn’t be further away from the truth.

Researchers have proved time and again that anyone can change their brain and thinking patterns. For example, a person who might be pessimistic can become optimistic, a person filled with negativity can find positivity, and similarly, a person with anxiety can shift towards healing. It is all about how we perceive our situation and which approach we follow.

On the other hand, the concept called ‘Neurofeedback’ means that we have to listen to our brains. Wait, did we say ‘listen to our brains’? Yes!
