What happens when India’s pastry queen collaborates with an ice-cream brand that understands that behind decadence lies craftsmanship of the highest order?
There are lots of things that India’s pastry queen Pooja Dhingra and decadent ice-cream brand Magnum have in common: an appreciation for and acumen in craftsmanship of the highest order, an undying love for the best quality chocolate, and the excitement that is born when you take something classic and make it your own.
And so, the Pooja Dhingra x Magnum collaboration was only inevitable. For this exclusive collab, our favourite baker sought inspiration not only from her own journey that traversed Paris and Mumbai, but also from some leading ladies to craft fashion inspired ice-cream bars with her signature twist. The Magnum bars – that are coated in the finest Belgian chocolate, and come with handpicked Madagascan vanilla and crunchy Australian almonds – were met with awe and appreciation by Dhingra, who was inspired by Magnum’s craftsmanship to push the boundaries of her own. We spoke with the patisserie expert on macarons, Magnum, and magic.
