From exquisite business class lounges to the finest cuisine onboard, Azza Arif shares her first-hand experience on the different ways Qatar helped make her journey that much more enjoyable.
You don’t have to be flying your own private jet to enjoy pure luxury and bliss when in the skies, travelling halfway across the world. As well as getting to where you need to be on time, having a good experience when travelling on long haul flights like the one I took from KL to Milan, is extremely important as it preps you mentally and physically, ensuring that you don’t come out of your flight drained.
There are no magic pills for enjoying a long haul flight, and when flying for more than 12 hours, it is quite likely that your sleep will be restless, your muscles will ache, and your skin will feel dehydrated. But there are certainly ways to overcome it, to make that very flight much more enjoyable. Flying business class on board Qatar’s Dream liner 788 was an exemplary option, from the moment I checked in, until the moment I reached my destination.
