A celebration of Southern love and Southern culture is always a celebration to remember. The wedding of Elizabeth Carol Blossom and Richard Will Looser III was just such a celebration. Both Elizabeth and Tripp grew up in small Mississippi towns and appreciate the heart and sense of belonging that often can be found in such a place.

The two had met briefly in high school but reconnected while attending the University of Mississippi. “Tripp’s sister Regan and I were in the same pledge class of Delta Gamma and participated in Parade of Beauties as sophomores in the fall of 2010,” remembers Elizabeth. “This was a few months before Tripp and I actually bumped into one another and started dating, but his mom loves to tell the story that Tripp leaned over while she was taking pictures and said, ‘Take one of that blonde girl. I’m going to marry her one day.’ Lo and behold, he was right!” A chance encounter on the Oxford Square put the wheels in motion.
