In September 2020, NXT was the first tech publication in Singapore to review the Canon EOS R5, and now, after a wait, we’ve gotten our hands on the EOS R6.
Both new EOS R series cameras were announced together, and broadly similar to their DSLR cousins, the EOS 5D and 6D series, in terms of usage, and while the EOS R5 is a powerful professional-level full-frame mirrorless camera that can be used for almost any photographic style and videography (thanks to its 8K video capture capability), the R6 has a smaller sensor and has excellent video capture capabilities, though up to 4K@60fps.
