Taking the Pioneer DDJ-1000 for the base, Off-White adds signature design cues in a hazardous white and orange colour scheme to create the aptly named DDJ-1000-OW. This controller comes under Abloh&rsquo;s &ldquo;sound engineering&rdquo; process, so it features plenty of &lsquo;conceptual&rsquo; ideas that are an Abloh trademark, such as the quotation marks found throughout his work, dual branding on the fluorescent orange and matte white areas, and because it&rsquo;s a DDJ-1000, it also inherits the set-up of both the CDJ-2000NXS2 and DJM-900NXS2 while remaining a 4-channel layout.In addition to the DJ controller is a capsule collection called &ldquo;SOUND ENGINEERING,&rdquo; comprising T-shirts, hoodies and a coach jacket that are each made from cotton canvas. Here, silk-screen printed graphics using fluorescent green ink creates graphics inspired by both Off-White and Pioneer&rsquo;s past, as well as the collaborative DDJ-1000-OW, which can be seen printed onto pieces in a deconstructed form alongside the Off-White cross.Price TBC www.pioneerdj.com
