A sporty new addition to the A3 family, the Audi S3 is the right balance of an everyday ride with a hearty growl.
SEDANS ARE OFTEN seen as practical passenger cars that get you from point A to B, with enough space to fit four to five people. They’re not quite the lookers on the road. Often, they don’t have the sexy curves of coupes, nor the monstrous growl that turns heads like supercars do. Neither are they adorable like the hatchbacks.
Not that that’s anything to frown upon. Sedans are cars that “play it safe” for everyday use. And that is the main appeal in the first place.
So with the refreshed S3 Sedan, which was introduced earlier this year, Audi isn’t trying to break away from that mould. But what the automaker wants to do is give something extra to drivers in terms of performance and experience. After all, fun and practicality are not necessarily mutually exclusive, right?
