ENDURONEWS We are now past the shortest day of the year; the Whales are moving North and the Enduro World Series is past the halfway point with Sam Hill holding a nice lead in the overall leading into the big hills of La Thuille and Whistler before heading back to the Mediterranean with the Zona Zero and Finale events to round out the season.
As great as the racing has been in the EWS this year, the back half of the season means that the focus will soon return to the Southern Hemisphere and some great new races happening for riders of all levels. The Shimano Enduro Tour kicks off on the Gold Coast with riders starting and finishing their day at the RACV Royal Pines Resort. Mojito anyone? As this event is an EWS Qualifier, it also marks the start of the march towards Shimano Enduro Tasmania in Derby in 2019.
