Society celebrates the success of Abroad Understanding, the stand-up comedy show on Netflix, by none other than one from our own hood, Vir Das
He has made everyone laugh for over a decade now with his impeccable comic timing, dry with and his ability to sound classssy even if he is cussing on stage. And this year has definitely been Vir Das’ year, for he became the only comedian of Indian descent to ever have an Original Comedy Special on Netflix, the world’s largest media- a-streaming service—a platform where the likes of Chris Rock, Kevin Hart and Louis CK have performed. He ha s also made his debut in the late-night talk show, Conan. The comedian cum actor cum musician is also gearing up for his first ever world tour, ‘Boarding Das World Tour 2017’, again a first of its kind by an Indian comedian. Read on as the funnyman talks about his ‘good’ life, his formula of getting sincere laughs out of people and his notion of true success.

What is the difference when you are performing live for an Indian audience and an international audience?
