These aren&rsquo;t the first toe Sennheiser&rsquo;s dipped in the true wireless waters &ndash; the Momentum 2 buds shone late last year &ndash; and not, indeed, its first CX-shaped buds, though this new edition offers some hefty improvements. Prime among these is the Sennheiser TrueResponse transducer, which trickles down from more high-end buds and should mean significantly improved sound quality. An extended battery, up an additional seven hours with the charging case in the mix, won&rsquo;t hurt either, and there&rsquo;s a bump from Bluetooth 5.1 to 5.2. You also get a whole host of app control, from EQ to Sennheiser&rsquo;s Side Tone voice mixer in calls.
