Avant Meats is a pioneer of cultivated fish protein, which is grown in a lab from fish stem cells. The result is seafood that is virtually indistinguishable from the original-while also being safe, clean, sustainable and, soon, economically viable. It's a winning and perhaps ultimately necessary recipe for success.
