Crunch businessman Nick Loeb, is apparently behind a suit filed in Louisiana on Dec. 6, which claims that the fertilized eggs he and Sofia created a year before their 2014 split (which he’s named “Isabella” and “Emma”) should be birthed via a surrogate, in order to inherit trust funds established in their names.
