One of India’s most trusted real estate developers, Puravankara Limited has recorded a strong sales performance in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2024, with a value of ₹1,126 crore, the highest for any quarter in the history of the company. In FY23, the realty major achieved the highest-ever sales revenue of ₹3,107 crore. The commendable success of the company is largely attributed to its managing director Ashish Puravankara. “Our unwavering dedication to growth and our ongoing efforts to capture a larger market share has resulted in the highest-ever Q1 sales since the company’s inception. During this quarter, pre-sales have shown a remarkable increase, more than doubling with a growth rate of 119% year over year, when compared to the first quarter of the FY23,” informs Ashish.
They recently launched ‘Purva Blubelle’, a 32-storied skyscraper project spread over 3.85 acres, in Magadi Road, Bengaluru. “Our new launches are complemented by impressive sustenance sales achievements, supported by efficient and fast-paced execution, leading to a 52% increase in collections on a y-o-y basis,” says Ashish.
