The fight took a bizarre new turn on Dec. 6, when a right-to-live suit was filed against Sofia in Louisiana on behalf of the embryos — they were actually listed as the plaintiffs, “Emma” and “Isabella”— asking that Nick be allowed to implant them in a surrogate.
