Hunt: We Thought We Knew Best On Pandemic

JEREMY Hunt has admitted his part in the failure to prepare Britain for the pandemic while he was Health Secretary.

He told the Covid-19 Inquiry there had been an assumption "we knew best" and a refusal to learn from countries which had been hit by Mers, another coronavirus.
