DAN NORTON would love to put the gloss on his long and illustrious Sevens career by finally striking gold in Tokyo.

The flyer, 33, has amassed a record-breaking 354 tries while representing his country with pride and esteem in all corners of the globe. He has also won silver in Rio and a Commonwealth bronze on the Gold Coast.

But while he is considered a legend of the game, Norton is now hoping to become an Olympic champion after missing out five years ago when the GB men lost heavily to Fiji in the final.
