Even as the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases across the country crossed 9,300, including 324 deaths, the government on Monday pointed out that no fresh cases have been reported from 25 districts in 14 states in last 14 days.
“All these districts had earlier reported coronavirus cases,” said Lav Agarwal, joint secretary in the health ministry said at the daily briefing.
With 905 fresh cases and 51 deaths on Monday, the total number of infections in the country rose to 9,352, including 324 deaths. As many as 979 patients have recovered and have been discharged after testing positive for COVID-19, the global pandemic.
