In an interview with DZBB, Olivarez, who is also Metro Manila Council (MMC) chairman, said NCR mayors were scheduled to meet Wednesday with Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Benhur Abalos to finalize the curfew hours.
“It will either be 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. or 10 p.m. to 4 a.m.,” Olivarez said.
The San Juan City local government (LGU), however, already jumped the gun.
San Juan City Mayor Francisco Zamora announced last Tuesday, March 9, the reimposition of curfew in the city after he signed Executive Order No. FMZ-072, Series of 2021.
The curfew in San Juan is from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Exempted from the San Juan City curfew are:
1. Health workers and frontline personnel
2. On-duty police, military, and law enforcement personnel
3. Employees of the city government
4. Workers who can provide proof of their employment
5. PUV drivers 6. Delivery services
