In 2020, Stacey Olkowski, a mother of 3launched an initiative to increase the number of skate parks in Delaware County. Spurred on by the pandemic, Olkowski set out on a mission--and two years later, Olkowski and members of the Delco Skatepark Coalition are finally seeing their efforts come to fruition. Chester Township is getting a new 3000-square-foot concrete skatepark at Worrilow Park.
