Villagers fight 'Jeremy Clarkson theme park'

AN angry neighbour has launched a legal battle over TV star Jeremy Clarkson's controversial plans to build a restaurant on his farm.

Painting restorer Hamish Dewar has called in lawyers to stop the former Top Gear host transforming a lambing shed into an eatery with parking for 70 cars.

He fears it will turn the Cotswolds village of Chadlington - in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - into a “Jeremy Clarkson theme park”.

A total of 20 residents have lodged objections.
