Olivia Chance was delighted to have made an impact as she netted a stunning goal to help Everton Ladies draw 3-3 at Doncaster Rovers Belles seven days ago.
The New Zealander has been limited to cameos off the bench since her arrival in February as she adapts to the British game.
But in her latest appearance in the WSL 2 Spring Series she stepped off the bench to score a cracking late equaliser from long range to snatch a point at the Belles.
After Everton had raced into a 2-0 lead at the Keepmoat Stadium, the hosts netted three times to turn the game on its head. But on 86 minutes, Chance was presented with an opportunity to add a further twist.
“The last few games, Andy (Spence) has just wanted me to get on the ball and to be confident,” she said. “I was struggling to get touches after coming on and Doncaster had scored their third.
