Swan Launches New Maxi Era
Yacht Style|Issue 55
Following delivery of the first Swan 98, Be Cool, Nautor’s Swan will soon launch a second hull followed by a third next year, while also completing the Swan 120 and ClubSwan 125.
Swan Launches New Maxi Era

The first Swan 98, Be Cool, was launched at Nautor’s Swan’s state-of-the-art superyacht facility in Pietarsaari, where the Finnish shipyard plans to launch the model’s second hull – which will eventually be used in the Caribbean – in September and a third in the second quarter of 2021. Nautor’s Swan has built over 100 yachts from 80-131ft, but the Swan 98 launches a new era of Maxi Swan Yachts by veteran Argentine designer German Frers that also includes the Swan 120, with the first hull set to launch in the second quarter of 2021. The Finnish shipyard is also developing an 88ft model.

Big builds at the yard also include a ClubSwan 125, a racing yacht designed by Argentine Juan Kouyoumdjian, who has designed the current range of ClubSwan racing yachts.
