Starchless production – the alternative with silicone!
Mass depositing into starch moulds is challenging and contains a certain complexity. WDS starchless plants are an alternative for producing fondant-,toffee-, pectin- or carrageenan products. The modular designed manufacturing plants offer a great product variety depending on the installed technical components with Mono, One-Shot or Triple-Shot depositing.
ConfecECO: Many configuration stages – one machine for every budget
Since the market launch of the new ConfecECO series at the beginning of 2016, WDS quickly realised that the concept of offering low-capacity plants for emerging companies and smaller manufacturers was just right. The ConfecECO series for chocolate products has been expanded by a model for pectin-, toffee- and fondant products.
