Fresh off the 2017 beauty circuit, experts give you the low-down on all the en vogue looks that are slowly moving up into the limelight this year.
Defined brows, matte liquid lip colours, messy bed hair, coffin nails—2016 was a gorgeous year for beauty trends. But the New Year promises to up the beauty quotient, one stroke at a time. Here are our predictions for the looks that will pick up pace and not fall on their face.
STRONG BROWS The fleek eyebrows, which were all the rage last year, will get a tweak in 2017. “Moving away from the structured brow look, this year is going to see some bold brow scenes that are slightly unkempt and fuller,” says Simran Bassi of Delhi-based Simran‘s Hair & Beauty Salon. When we say unkempt, we do not mean undefined or shapeless, but more natural, fuller and not pointing due north, if you get the drift.
